Join Julia for an evening of poles. Spice up your flat work and get the horse thinking more. There are 2 evening sessions available at either 6pm or 7pm. To book in to this clinic please register your interest and fill in the ‘Rider Registration’ form. Once Julia has confirmed she’s secured you a space, you are required to pay for your clinic at this time. Failure to pay in advance means your session is not secured. Please remember to bring your £5 cash for arena hire.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the training booked, you will be charged the full price of the session, subject to a vet or doctors certificate, or being able to fill your space. In the case of extreme weather conditions where it is deemed to be too dangerous to ride, it must be agreed between coach and rider to rearrange. Please note that heavy rain is not covered in the policy, should you cancel within the 48 hours for this reason, you will still be charged. Cancellations must made via text or phone call, you can also rearrange if it is more than 48hrs before your session. Each rider must have completed the Rider Development form at the beginning of each year.
Please arrive and be ready in good time before your session. If for any reason you are running late, please let me know via text or phone call – 07826 924568. When working with horses, timings do not always go to plan, so if I am for any reason running late I will call or text you at my earliest convenience.
If we are at a hired venue it is up to the rider to book and pay the required hire fee with the venue.
All riders under 16 yrs old must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the lesson.
