• If you cancel within 5 days of the training booked, you will be charged the full price of the session, subject to a vet or doctors certificate, or someone filling your place.

• In the case of extreme weather conditions where it is deemed too dangerous to ride, it must be agreed between coach and rider to rearrange. Please note that heavy rain is not covered in the 24hrs policy, should you cancel WITHIN the 24 hrs for this reason, you will still be charged.

• Cancellations must be made via text or a phone call, you can also rearrange if it is more than 24 hrs before your session.

• Please arrive/be ready in good time before your session, please be on and ready to ride for your time.

• If you for any reason you are running late please let me know via text or phone call - 07826 924568.

• When working with horses, timings do not always go to plan, so if I am for any reason, running late I will call or text you at my earliest convenience.

• If we are meeting at a hired venue it is up to the rider to book and pay the required hire fee with the venue.

• All riders under 16yrs old must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the lesson.

• All riders MUST have completed this 'Registration' form as well as the annual 'Rider Development' form. These forms can be located on the 'Events' page or at the bottom of any website page in the 'footer' section.

Once this form is submitted, Julia will confirm by email if you have a space secured in the clinic/ training session. If you are successful, she will send you payment details for you to arrange payment for the clinic. No space is secured until payment has been received. Please remember to bring £5 in cash for the arena hire at Hurdcott.
